Get it? Second person? Eh? But actually it’s true: Astronaut Buzz Aldrin has just finalized his divorce from Lois Driggs Cannon and it looks like their condo on the Wilshire Corridor has been caught in the fallout. Their unit is on the southeast corner of the seventh floor of the La Tour building and has never been on the market before (the then-Aldrins appear to have paid $1.34 million for it in 1998); it comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an open floor plan with “floor to ceiling walls of glass,” built-ins, two balconies, two exterior storage rooms, and two parking spaces. The building has 24-hour staff, valet, a fitness center, a pool, and a rec room. Asking price is $3.3 million with pretty hefty HOA dues of $2,949 per month. · 10380 WILSHIRE #703 [Redfin]
