The Los Angeles Times reports that architectural-minded flipper Diane Keaton has unloaded her Ralph Flewelling-designed hacienda, selling the home to Glee creator Ryan Murphy. The Beverly Hills home hit the market in March 2009 for $12.995 million, before falling to $10.95 million. What Murphy purchased the home for–a song, perhaps?—isn’t yet available. And a home collector himself, Murphy at one point was trying to sell that Carl Maston home in the Hollywood Hills, which now looks to be off the market. And bonus Keaton news: The listing for the actress’s Alfred Newman estate in the Pacific Palisades shows the Lloyd Wright-designed home sold last month for $10.75 million. It hit the market in April for $8.5 million, and then it disappeared off the market, before being re-listed at $13.25 million in June. · 14148 RUSTIC Lane [Redfin] · Ryan Murphy buys Diane Keaton house [LA Times] · Keaton Relists Her Lloyd Wright-Designed Newman Estate [Curbed LA]
