Jodie Foster picked up a new house in Beverly Hills late last year and now she’s ditching her Bird Streets house, which she bought in the mid-nineties (possibly from Cheryl Tiegs and Tony Peck, according to the ever-reliable Real Estalker). The 1935 house has four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths on three floors, with a step-down living room, a dining room, a butler’s pantry, a screening room, a central courtyard with pool and patio, and multiple balconies, plus a guest suite above the garage with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a roof terrace. Asking price is $6.399 million.
