Mankato gunfire kills 1, wounds 3; arrest made

One person died and three people were arrested early Sunday after shots rang out in a Mankato parking lot. Three others were wounded authorities said. The shots were fired about 1:50 a.m. outside the Kato Entertainment Center, at 200 E. Chestnut St., according to police. Police recovered a handgun
